Before and During Service
To ensure the best results, please remove all personal items and trash from the interior, including the glove box and center console. If possible, park the vehicle in a shaded area with enough space for our technicians to fully open all doors and maneuver equipment safely around the exterior.
You do not need to be present for the entire duration of the service. As long as we have access to the vehicle and a clear understanding of the service requested, our team can perform the detail independently. We will simply contact you for a final walkthrough and payment upon completion.
After Your Detail
To maximize the life of your ceramic coating, avoid automatic “brush” car washes. We recommend a touchless hand wash every two weeks using pH-neutral soap. Ocala Detailing also offers “Ceramic Maintenance” washes where we use specialized boosters to rejuvenate the coating’s hydrophobic properties and deep gloss.
If we have applied a traditional wax or sealant, a light rain will not harm the finish. However, if a ceramic coating was just applied, it requires a “cure time” (usually 12–24 hours) during which it should stay dry. Payments and Policies
We require at least 24 to 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee.
